Rose Grande.

Throughout her career, she observed two unfortunate trends: (1) Focusing on financials over people has resulted in short-term gains, high turnover, low employee engagement, and an unhealthy culture, and (2) HR leaders and teams often fail to recognize their value within the organization or their role as true partners to the Executives. She aims to reverse these trends, believing that when businesses prioritize a people-first culture and HR leaders understand their importance to the company, HR strategies will align with business objectives, driving long-term success. Her leadership approach fosters an "Anything is Possible" mindset, empowering HR teams to use this framework to help organizations surpass their long-term goals.

Humanity Delivers Outcomes.

Rose Grande completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Queen's College, followed by a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College. Early in her career, she worked in small companies and then took a role with General Electric where she quickly learned that focusing on people, who they are, and what they need will drive business results. She also learned extensive HR technical knowledge and how to align an HR strategy to business results. Over the last 30 years, she utilized these skills and her ability to partner with Executives in organizations such as StandardAero, Verra Mobility (previously American Traffic Solutions), Flex Technology Group and Sunland Asphalt & Construction. Her leadership qualities signify that all organizations should focus on people.
